Entry Rules

Please make sure that you and your children follow the rules below. By doing so, you help us to provide a clean and safe environment for children, parents, and members of staff.

1. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  Please encourage gentle play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children.
2. Socks must be worn by children and adults in the play areas.
3. Our play structure is designed for kids under 6 years old
4. We welcome older children under 12 yrs to explore our reading area, outdoor space and retro arcade
5. Please note that outside food or drink are not permitted except baby food and water bottles.No food or drinks are allowed in the play areas.
6. Our café is covered by 24 hours surveillance cameras, but you are still required to take care of your own belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal properties.
7. All play area equipment is maintained, checked, and cleaned by our team on a daily basis, so please use them gently to prevent them from any damages or unremovable stains.
8. Please report any accidents, concerns, or issues to the cafe staff immediately.
9. Please follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the cafe staff.
10. Please refrain from bringing any sharp objects, toys with small parts, or hazardous materials into the play areas.
11. The cafe reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.
