Children's Parties

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a fun-filled experience for your little ones. With our charming ambience, delectable menu options and attention to detail, let us be a part of your child's journey, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime

From UV Disco experiences to Party Bags, explore our list of optional extras and let us help take care of the organisation. Our goal is to make every birthday party a joyful and stress-free experience for both children and parents.

Once you've paid your deposit and secured your chosen party slot, please complete the below form to give us all the details about your celebration! We kindly ask that this form is submitted no later than 14 days before your party date.

Party Packages

Exclusive hire of Hopscotch

 £250 for 2 hours exclusive hire plus food costs for each child attending.

  • First hour-free play
  • Then 30 mins food 
  • Last 30 mins free play or explore our Extras

Extended hire option on request - please email events@hopscotchcafe.com 

Includes access to our built-in sound system, Spotify and Hopscotch backdrop/cake display. Plus, we’ll put you in touch with our recommended character and balloon providers who can give your special day that added WOW!

Add your food

Choose from our options below:

  • Afternoon Tea - £7.50pp - Sandwich trio, crisps, crudities, cupcake and juice.
  • Homemade Pizza Sharing Board - £8.50pp - chose one or a mix of Margherita, Ham/Cheese &/or Chicken - served to share.

Served with unlimited jugs of squash / water.

Each child attending must have a meal purchased - we can accommodate any dietary requirements in advance and on request.

Bring your own cake and we'll cut it up for party bags or serve on the day.

We also offer a delicious buffet menu for your adult guests - check out our menu below.

 

Upgrade your drinks

We include unlimited blackcurrant/orange cordial with your party booking. Or, add that extra-special touch to your party with our children’s drink upgrades!

  • 🍎 Orange, Apple, Pineapple or Cranberry Juice - £1 per child
  • 🧃Cawston Press Cartons (Apple & Mango, Apple & Berry or Apple & Pear) - £1.50 per child
  • 🥛Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla or Banana Milkshake - £2 per child

 

 

Capacity

  • Minimum 12 children - smaller parties possible however a food charge based on 12 children will be payable but can be redeemed against our adult buffet.
  • Maximum 30 children.

Extras

  • Hopscotch Party Bags: Mr Men Book, Bubbles, Fidget Toy & Sweet Cone - £4.50/child
  • UV disco - £35
  • Bouncy Castle - £50 (subject to weather conditions)
  • Adult food buffet & welcome drinks - we are licensed so celebratory drinks are available. Check out our Grown-Up's Party menu below. 

Extras available from our recommended providers: 

  • PoppaDo: Balloon Displays - starting from £20
  • MMD Events: Character Appearances - £80/30mins & £120/hour
  • Green Love Hearts: Face-Painting - £90 for 2 hours

Party Slots 

  • Saturdays 1.30pm or 4pm
  • Sundays 10am, 12.30pm or 3pm
  • Monday to Thursday 3pm - please contact the venue at events@hopscotchcafe.com for weekday parties.

Terms and Conditions

  • £75 non-refundable booking deposit to secure the date of your party. No date will be secured without a paid deposit.
  • Final balance due one week prior to the party - We will contact you 1-2 weeks prior to your party to confirm final numbers of attendance, catering choices, extras and any specific dietary requirements.  
  • A meal must be purchased for every child attending (min charge of 12 children).
  • All food and drink consumed at the party, must be provided by Hopscotch.
  • You are welcome to bring your own cake, decor and party bags.
  • Parental supervision is required at all times during the party.
  • Parties and Events must comply with our Play Entry Rules.
  • Cancellation policy: if the party is cancelled by the customer less than a week before the date the full balance is required to be paid in full.

What age do Hopscotch play areas cater for?

We have The Gym for our U1s, The Frame for U6's and The Arches, The Den and The Yard for our older visitors (recommended for U12's only).
